As part of our Portland team we’re looking for a tech-savvy and customer-oriented Support Technician who thrives in the varied environment of a scaling company.

Meetio has customers in all areas of the world and our solutions can be found in all organizations, from cutting-edge tech companies in Silicon Valley to Dutch Universities and Asian National Banks.
Your role in the team
Our customers mean everything to us. Our goal is to deliver technical/non-technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction and timeliness. You will take an overall responsibility of ensuring the highest levels of customer focused support to our existing and potential customers from day one. You will be a key point of contact for customers and provide both pre and after-sales advice. On a regularly basis you will liaise with other members of the Portland sales team and our Swedish tech-team.

As the single point of contact for technical info in Portland you’ll get a role of great variation and we need you to be willing to roll up your sleeves and dig into a little bit of everything.

You have at least a couple of years of working experience in a similar role and a relevant education. If you have worked in a distributed team before we see that as a bonus. Besides that, our main focus is finding a great team player who’s motivated, curious and willing to learn. However, a preferred skillset would include at least some of the following:
Initially you're expected to gain experience in your field, develop product knowledge and build your reputation as a Support Technician. Once established as a Support Technician you will have the option of position yourself as a technical sales expert and step by step grow into a more sales-oriented role.
