We are seeking a Lead Support Technician who flourish in a varied role including hands-on technical support, overall responsibility of offering first class support, and leading and coaching a team.
Meetio is a Malmö based software company fully committed to improving the workplace and meeting culture for our customers. We develop software that bridge the gap between the digital calendar and physical workspace to better utilize meeting rooms and increase personal productivity.

Our customer means everything to us. Our goal is to deliver technical/non-technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction and timeliness. You will take an overall responsibility of ensuring the highest levels of customer focused support by continuously improve the way we work.
Initially you will on your own act as first-line support to Meetio’s customer, prospects and resellers. Your main tasks will include:
But that’s not all. Over time your role will evolve, and you’ll get the chance to gradually take on more responsibilities within technical support. On a long-term basis, we aim to build a team around you and you will get the opportunity to lead and coach your own team.

Who we think you are
We think you are in a position where you’re ready to take your next step. You have at least a few years of relevant experience, probably both within first- and second-line technical support. From your earlier positions you have also gained great understanding of how to deliver first class support and you’re always interested in finding ways to improve your work.
You feel a high sense of responsibility of your own work and have a strong track record in technical leadership. It’s easy for you to explain and discuss technical issues with people that are more or less familiar with technology.
If you have experience from building a support function from scratch and/or leading teams we see that as a huge benefit.
