We are seeking a Lead Support Technician who flourish in a varied role including hands-on technical support, overall responsibility of offering first class support, and leading and coaching a team.

Role description

Our customer means everything to us. Our goal is to deliver technical/non-technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction and timeliness. You will take an overall responsibility of ensuring the highest levels of customer focused support by continuously improve the way we work. 

Initially you will on your own act as first-line support to Meetio’s customer, prospects and resellers. Your main tasks will include:

  • Troubleshoot or escalate incoming issues as appropriate, in a timely manner ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the cycle of support in accordance with Meetio's SLA.
  • Answer incoming calls and help customers with immediate technical questions/problems over the phone
  • Handle RMAs
  • Manage inventory and distribution of hardware
  • Assist sales staff with invoicing and shipping

But that’s not all. Over time your role will evolve, and you’ll get the chance to gradually take on more responsibilities within technical support. On a long-term basis, we aim to build a team around you and you will get the opportunity to lead and coach your own team.

Depending on your desires the role could also include things like:

  • Internal tech support
  • Supporting the sales team in technical questions
  • Receive, filter and respond to feature requests and bug reports
  • Test and QA of Meetio software and vendor hardware and firmware

Who we think you are

We think you are in a position where you’re ready to take your next step. You have at least a few years of relevant experience, probably both within first- and second-line technical support. From your earlier positions you have also gained great understanding of how to deliver first class support and you’re always interested in finding ways to improve your work.

You feel a high sense of responsibility of your own work and have a strong track record in technical leadership. It’s easy for you to explain and discuss technical issues with people that are more or less familiar with technology.

If you have experience from building a support function from scratch and/or leading teams we see that as a huge benefit.

  • Ability to interact well with people and sharp communication skills, both in speech and in writing
  • Systematic, well-organized and with high attention to details
  • Ability to keep deadlines and prioritizing multiple task simultaneously
  • Thrives when coaching and helping others
  • A great ability and eagerness to learn
  • Enjoy working both independently and in a team
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (text and speech)

Desired tech experience:

  • Office365, Exchange, Azure, Intune, AD
  • GSuite
  • Android
  • Network (LAN, WIFI, DHCP, DNS, 802.1x)

Bonus if you have/are:

  • MS-100 (Microsoft 365 Identity and Services) certification, or other relevant certifications
  • Fluent in additional languages, preferably German, Spanish, Arabic, Danish, Norwegian or Portuguese
  • Experience working with Jira Helpdesk, Fortnox or Hubspot
